With the Exercise.com exercise library, you can organize your videos and resources using custom tags so they’re easier for your team and clients to find. This guide will walk you through how to customize videos and resources by specific tags in your Exercise.com for Business platform.
Navigate to your “Account” section to begin managing tags for your resources.

Click the “Tags” tab to view and manage your list of resource tags.

Navigate to the “Resources” section where you can see and manage your uploaded files.

Click the option to create a new tag, then enter a clear, descriptive name for the tag.

Save the new tag to add it to your available tag options for resources.

Return to the Resources page to start applying your tags to specific items.

Click “Manage Tag Headers” to control how your resource tags are grouped and displayed.

Select the tags you want to apply to your resources, then click “Save Tags” to update them.

Click on a tag to filter and view only the resources that are assigned to that tag.

Review the list of resources now filtered by your selected tag.

When using webviews, your resources are displayed in groups based on their assigned tags.

To filter resources by tags in a webview, select your desired tag and then click the “Show Results” button.

Click “Videos” to access the main video management area. Then click “Create Video Tag” to start creating a new tag for video organization.

After entering the name of the new tag, click “Create Tag” to add it to the system.

Click the “Videos” tab to return to your full video library.

Click “Manage Tag Headers” to organize how video tags are grouped and displayed in webviews.

Select the tags you want to apply to your videos, then click “Save Tags” to update them.

View your videos organized according to the tags you selected.

When using webviews, videos are automatically grouped and displayed based on their assigned tags.

To filter videos using tags in a webview, select your desired tag and click the “Show Results” button.
