How do I customize when a workout from a client calendar is revealed to the client?

With the Exercise.com Workout Plan Creator, you can control when workouts are visible to your clients. This guide will show you how to customize workout visibility timing in the client calendar, starting from the “Clients” tab on your Dashboard.

1. Click the “Accounts” Section.

Click the “Accounts” section from your Dashboard to begin customizing workout visibility settings.

2. Open Client Options.

Click the client’s name to open their account options and view calendar settings.

3. View the Client Calendar.

Click “View Calendar” to open your client’s workout schedule.

4. Open Calendar Settings.

Click the settings icon or “Calendar Settings” to adjust visibility options for your client’s workouts.

5. Choose a Workout Visibility Delay.

Enter the number of days before a hidden workout becomes visible to the client.

6. Set Delay Duration.

For example, enter “3” if you want workouts to appear three days before their scheduled date.

7. Save Calendar Settings.

Click “Save Calendar” to apply your changes and update the workout visibility timing.
