Disable Credit Card Requirement Before Booking a Session

Here’s how to disable the credit card requirement before booking a session.
1. Click “Schedule”.

2. Click “Services”.

3. Create new or edit a service.

4. Enable “Client Signups Allowed (Public)?”.
Scroll down and tick the “Client Signups Allowed (Public)?” checkbox.

5. Disable “Require clients to enter a credit card before booking if they don’t have a card on file”.
Once client signups are enabled, uncheck the checkbox for “Require clients to enter a credit card before booking if they don’t have a card on file”.

6. Save service.
Click the “Save Service” button to save the changes.

Now you can disable the credit card requirement before booking a session!
