Here’s How to Disable the Credit Card Requirement Before Booking a Session, starting from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Select “Manage Services” from the drop-down list.

Step 2: Create or edit a service.

Step 3: Scroll down and un-check the box “Require clients to enter a credit card before booking if they don’t have a card on file.”


Click on “Save Service” to save your changes.

Now you can disable the credit card requirement before booking a session!
