Do my clients have to pay online?

Using Exercise.com for billing is the simplest way for you to accept payments, but you can choose to accept payments offline if you prefer.

Step #1: Start by clicking the “Clients” of the Trainer Dashboard.

Then click “Add New Client” on the right hand side of the Clients tab. 

 

Step #2: Choose is client is billed or nonbilled through Exercise.com.

 

Exercise.com for Business does allow you to add clients to your account without them having to pay online. To add a client that will not be paying online, simply leave check the “Use Exercise.com for billing?” check box empty when you invite them to sign up.

If you would like to accept online payments and bill clients using Exercise.com, you will first need to connect to Stripe

Once you are connected to Stripe, you will be able to check the “Use Exercise.com for Billing” box when adding a new client, and your payments will be processed automatically.
