If your workout plan includes progression percentages, you can edit them at any time while following the plan to make sure that you are assigned the correct weights for a given exercise.
In this how-to guide, you will learn how to edit your 1-Rep Max information.
Step 1: Under “My Stuff on the Dashboard, click “My Workout Plans” on the left side menu.
2. Hover your mouse over your current plan that requires 1-Rep Max information and click “Change Schedule”.
3. Make sure your schedule + starting workout are correct, then click “Next Step” to see the 1-Rep Max information screen.
4. Edit your Rep Maxes as needed.
5. Confirm your changes and complete the remaining steps in the pop-up window.
Congratulations, your new Rep Maxes are now assigning the correct new weight for your workout plan, and your workout schedule is still on track!
