Within the Exercise.com Workout Logger on the Exercise.com for Business platform, you can quickly update and manage exercise routines directly from your Dashboard. This helps you keep client workouts accurate and up to date.
Click the Plans section to access all workout plans on your account.
Click the Manage Routines option to view all saved exercise routines.
Click the options menu (three dots) for the routine you want to edit.
Click Edit Routine to make changes to the selected exercise routine.
Edit the sets, reps, weight, or other training details for the exercise routine.
Your changes save automatically. Click the Back arrow to return to the plan details page.
