How do I edit my exercise routines from the Dashboard?

Within the Exercise.com Workout Logger on the Exercise.com for Business platform, you can quickly update and manage exercise routines directly from your Dashboard. This helps you keep client workouts accurate and up to date.

1. Open the Plans Section

Click the Plans section to access all workout plans on your account.

2. Access Manage Routines

Click the Manage Routines option to view all saved exercise routines.

3. Select the Routine Options

Click the options menu (three dots) for the routine you want to edit.

4. Choose “Edit Routine”

Click Edit Routine to make changes to the selected exercise routine.

5. Update Your Routine

Edit the sets, reps, weight, or other training details for the exercise routine.

6. Return to Plan Details

Your changes save automatically. Click the Back arrow to return to the plan details page.
