Within our workout creating and logging software, you have the ability to edit your rep maxes.
Starting from the “My Stuff” tab on your Dashboard, follow the step-by-step instructions below to learn how to use this feature.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on “My Rep Maxes” from the left side bar.
Step 2: Click on the “Edit Rep Maxes” button.
Step 3: Enter the information and click on the “Save Rep Maxes” button.
Step 4: To add a new rep max click on the “New Rep Max” button.
Step 5: Select an exercise from the drop-down list and enter the rep max information.
Click on the “Save Rep Maxes” button.
Now, you can edit your rep maxes!
