From the workout logger, tap the edit icon near the bottom of the screen.

You will be automatically transferred to the “Edit Workout” page. Near the top of this screen, locate the text box containing the workout’s current title, for example, “No Weights Arms, Shoulders, & Abs Workout.” In the text box, create a new workout title or edit the old one.

Once you tap the edit icon, select “Edit Exercise Log” at the top of the screen to confirm that you want to edit that workout.

The workout plan will then open in the workout logger. In this view, tap the edit icon once again.
