How do I enable a waitlist for services?
Here’s how to enable a waitlist for services in your gym management software, start from the “Schedule” tab of your Dashboard.
This guide will walk you through enabling a waitlist for a service, configuring waitlist settings and notification preferences.
1. Manage Services
Navigate to “Manage Services” on the schedule tab.
2. Edit Service
Create or edit a service.
3. Enable Waitlist
First, enable the option to allow a waitlist.
4. First Come First Serve
Next select the type of waitlist. For “First Come First Serve” option, when a client cancels, all waitlist entries are notified and the first one to book the session is able to join.
5. Auto-Add
For “Auto-Add Oldest Waitlist Entry”, when someone cancels, the oldest waitlist entry is automatically added to the session and they are notified with instructions on how to cancel.
6. Email and SMS
Choose the preferred notification delivery setting. Email and SMS are available. For “Cap”, enter a number for the maximum number of users allowed on the waitlist.
7. Max Number Signups
Enter a number for the default max number of signups. Once the max number of signups have been met, the waitlist option will become available on the booking page.
8. Save Service
Save the service.
