How to Enable Automatic Receipts for All Platform Charges

This feature allows clients to automatically receive email receipts for subscription renewals, refunds, and invoice charges. Platform admins can enable these options in Notification Settings, and clients can manage their own preferences if the platform has them enabled.

1. Access Notification Settings

From the platform dashboard, navigate to Notification Settings by clicking your profile image in the top-right corner.

2. Select Notification Settings

Click “Notification Settings” to open the section where you can manage your notification preferences.

3. Trainer Platform-wide Notification Settings

Enable the new notification settings, Subscription Renewed, Charge Refunded, or Invoice Charge, depending on your needs. When these are enabled, the client will receive an email containing a link to the receipt.

4. Client Platform-wide Notification Settings

Once the notifications are enabled on the trainer’s side, clients can manage their own preferences. Clients may enable or disable Subscription Renewed, Charge Refunded, or Invoice Charged notifications in their Notification Settings, if these options have been made available by the platform.

5. Subscription Renewal

Clients will receive a receipt when any subscription renews.

6. Refund

Clients will receive a receipt when any charge is refunded.

7. Charge via Invoice

Clients will receive a receipt when they are charged via invoice.
