How do I enable/disable subscription cancellation emails?

With Exercise.com payments software, you can control the notifications you receive about subscriptions. In this tutorial, you’ll learn how to enable or disable subscription cancellation emails.

1. Click your profile icon.

Click the profile icon to open the main navigation panel and access your settings.

2. Click “Notification Settings”.

Click “Notification Settings” to open your notification preferences and manage your email alerts.

3. Scroll to “Subscription Cancelled” and adjust the box.

Scroll to “Subscription Cancelled” and check the box to enable cancellation emails, or uncheck it to disable them.

4. Click “Save Changes”.

Click “Save Changes” to apply your updated preferences and confirm your settings are saved.
