How do I enable payment-related email notifications?

Being on top of payments and billing is a great thing. Because we know it’s important, you can opt to receive emails every time a client makes a payment, whether successful or failed. Just follow the steps below to get started!

Step-by-Step Guide:

Step 1: Go to your notification settings.

In the Account tab of your trainer dashboard, select the “Notification Settings” option from the menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 2: Switch your Billing Noticiations to active.

Scroll down until you reach the “Billing Notifications” setting. There you will see two options: successful payments and failed payments. Check the boxes labeled “Active” to the right to turn on email notifications. You can opt to receive emails for both options or only one. 

Step 3: Save the changes.

Once you’ve made these changes, remember to click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the “Billing Notifications” section.
