This guide will walk you through how to enter your Rep Max information in the Exercise.com app. Learn more about Rep Max Progressions.
From the bottom navigation bar, tap Programs.
Start a Plan that includes prescribed rep maxes.

Choose a start date. You can select Start Today or pick a different date.
Choose your workout days. You can select Follow Recommended Schedule or Customize Your Schedule.
Choose your notification preferences. Enable “Email me helpful tips and resources” to receive guidance by email. Enable “Email Workout Reminder” to get reminders for your scheduled workouts. Then, tap “Continue.”
Review the plan summary, then tap Start.
Enter the prescribed Rep Max. When finished, tap Save to add your Rep Max information to the workout plan.
