How to Export a Client’s Logged Workouts?

This tutorial explains how to export a client’s logged workouts using the Exercise platform.

1. Access Account in the menu.

Click “Account” to access your account settings within the Exercise application.

2. Navigate to Reports Section.

Click “Reports” to open the reports section where various workout data can be accessed.

3. Select Workout Reports.

Click “Workout Reports” to view available reports related to client workouts.

4. Click Logged Workout History.

Click “Logged Workout History” to access detailed records of client workout activities.

5. Filter the date and group.

Select Date and Group to view specific logged workout history.

6. Refresh Report.

Click “Refresh Report” to update the report with the latest data based on your selected filters.

7. View Report.

Able to view correct result in the Logged Workout History report.

8. Click export icon.

Click export icon to download report.

You have successfully exported a client’s logged workouts by navigating through the Exercise platform’s reports and generating a detailed workout history for a specific group and date range. Use this report to analyze client activity or share data as needed for further insights.
