How to Export Measurement Data for a Single Client

With the Exercise.com Reports feature, you can easily export measurement data for any client. Here’s how to export a single client’s measurement data using your Exercise.com for Business Dashboard.

1. Access the Accounts Tab

Click the Accounts tab on your Dashboard to access client account options.

2. Select the Client

Check the box next to the client you want to export data for.

Select the client to export measurement data.

3. Open Bulk Manage Options

Click the three-dot menu in the Bulk Action Toolbar to open the export options.

4. Select “Export Measurements”

Click “Export Measurements” to begin exporting client measurement data.

Click 'Export Measurements' to start the export process.

5. Choose Start and End Dates

Click the date fields or the calendar icon to select your Start and End dates.

6. Choose Measurement Types

Click the multi-select field to choose specific measurement types to export. Note: All measurements will be exported by default.

7. Choose Profile Fields

Click the multi-select field to choose specific profile fields to export. Note: Leave this field blank to export only first and last names.

8. Confirm Export

Click “Export” to confirm and complete the export of measurement data. The export will begin immediately.

Click 'Export' to confirm and start the export process.

9. Download from Notifications

Click the bell icon in the top-right corner to view export status. Once the export is ready, click the notification to download your file.

Download the exported file from notifications.

You have successfully exported measurement data for a single client using the Exercise.com Reports feature. You can now use this report to review client progress, analyze data, or share insights with your team.
