Family Sharing Overview
Included with our Gym Management Software, the Family Sharing feature makes it easy for a head of household or team manager to set up and manage unique accounts for other members of their family, team, etc. with an account manager / dependent format.
Here are some key changes:
Adding New Dependents
Any client account with an account can now create new sub-accounts called dependents – even if the dependent doesn’t have their own email address.
NOTE: If a client’s dependents already have their own accounts, a staff member can link them to the head of household account as dependents.

Booking Sessions for Dependents
The account manager can easily book sessions for dependent accounts.
From the staff member’s perspective, the booking process hasn’t changed significantly.
Optional Shared Billing
The account manager can also choose whether or not billing information will be shared with the dependent account to allow purchases from the dependent side.

Sharing Packages
Account managers can share Packages with dependent accounts at Checkout as well as under the Package Sharing settings after purchase.
From the staff member’s perspective, the package sharing process hasn’t changed significantly.
Saved Payment Info for Faster Checkouts
The Checkout now allows your clients (and any dependents with access to payment information) to choose from any saved payment methods in addition to adding a new card.
