With the Exercise.com workout logger, you can save your favorite individual workouts so you can log them quickly anytime. This guide will show you how to find and log your favorite workouts from your account.
Click the Log Workout button to begin logging a new workout session.
Click the Favorite Workout option to view your saved favorite workouts.
Select the favorite workout you want to log from your list of saved workouts. Then click “Select Workout” to continue.

By using your list of favorite workouts, you can log your most-used sessions quickly and stay consistent with your training.
