How to Filter by Active Subscription Type in the Visit Totals Per Client Report

This guide shows how to filter the Visit Totals Per Client report by active subscription type in your Exercise.com for Business account. For more reporting tools and insights, see the Reports page on our platform.

1. Click the Account Menu

Click the Account menu to begin.

Open the Account menu in the admin dashboard.

2. Open Reports

Select Reports to open the reporting dashboard.

Click the Reports link from the menu.

3. Open the “Visit Totals Per Client” Report

Click Visit Totals Per Client to open the report. This report lists active clients and their total visits within your selected time frame. Total visits exclude canceled and no-show visits.

Open the Visit Totals Per Client report from the Reports dashboard.

4. Use the Subscription Type Filter

Click Subscription Type to choose which active subscription category you want to filter by.

Open the Subscription Type filter dropdown.

5. Choose an Active Subscription Type

Select one of the available active subscription types to refine the results:

  • Active – Pending Cancellation: Show clients with subscriptions pending cancellation.
  • Active – Renewal Paused: Show clients with renewals currently paused.
  • Active – Renewing: Show clients with subscriptions in a renewing state.
  • Scheduled for Future Start: Show clients with subscriptions set to begin in the future.
Select Active – Pending Cancellation in the Subscription Type filter.
Select Active – Renewal Paused in the Subscription Type filter.
Select Active – Renewing in the Subscription Type filter.
Select Scheduled for Future Start in the Subscription Type filter.

6. Refresh the Report

Click Refresh Report to apply your filter selection and update the results.

Click Refresh Report to apply filters.

7. Export or Print

  • Export Report: Download a file for external analysis or record-keeping.
  • Print: Print the filtered report directly.
Export the filtered report to a file.
Print the filtered report.
Choose your preferred export file type.
