1. Click the Account Menu.

Click the Account menu to open your account options.

2. Click Reports.

Click Reports to open the reporting section.

3. Search for ‘Visit Totals Per Client’ Report.

Click Visit Totals Per Client to open the report. This report lists all active clients, excluding canceled and no-show visits, for the selected timeframe.

4. Filter by Subscription Type.

Click the Subscription Type dropdown to filter the report by active subscription categories.

5. Choose a Subscription Type.

Choose from the following subscription types:

Active – Pending Cancellation: Show clients with subscriptions pending cancellation.
Active – Renewal Paused: Show clients with renewals currently paused.
Active – Renewing: Show clients with subscriptions in a renewing state.
Scheduled for Future Start: Show clients with subscriptions set to begin in the future.

6. Click Refresh Report.

Click Refresh Report to apply your selected filters and update the report results.

7. Click Export Report.

Click Export Report to download your filtered data for recordkeeping or analysis.

8. Print the Report.

Click Print Report to print your report directly.

9. Click to Export the report

Click here to choose the preferred export file type.
