How to View Clients with Ending Limited Subscriptions

With the Exercise.com Member Management tools, you can easily see which clients are nearing the end of their limited subscriptions right from your Dashboard. Follow the steps below to view clients whose subscriptions are approaching expiration.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Clients Tab

From your Dashboard, click the Clients tab to access your client management tools.

2. Open Custom Status

Click the Custom Status drop-down list to view available status filters.

3. Select “Subscription Contract Ending Soon”

Select the Subscription Contract Ending Soon option to filter clients whose limited subscriptions are nearing expiration.

4. Enter Payments Left

Enter the number of payments remaining for each client’s subscription. The list will automatically update based on your input, showing only those clients nearing the end of their contracts.
