How to Find Your Partner ID and Venue ID for ClassPass
This guide will walk you through the process of finding your Partner ID and Venue ID that you will need in order to set up your ClassPass integration with Exercise.com for Business.
1. Click the “Account” button in the left side menu.
Sign in to your admin business account, then click the “Account” button in the left side menu.

2. Click the “Personal Information” tab.
Click the Personal Information tab on the top right of the Trainer Info page.

3. You’ll find your Partner ID at the top of this page.
Your Platform ID will be displayed at the top of this page, right next to the Trainer ID. Use this Platform ID number as your Partner ID in ClassPass.

4. Click the down arrow to open the Schedule tab.
Next, we’ll find our Venue ID. Click the down arrow next to Schedule to expand this menu.

5. Click the “Locations” option.
Click on Locations to open up your list of Locations.

6. Click to edit the Location you want to view.
Click the pencil icon to edit the Location you want to review.

7. You’ll see the Location ID immediately after the “Edit Location header.
You’ll see the Location ID immediately after the “Edit Location header. Use this Location ID as your Venue ID in ClassPass.
