How do I follow more than one workout plan?

With the Exercise.com workout tools, you can follow more than one workout plan at the same time. This guide shows you how to start additional plans on both the website and the mobile app.

Choose the instructions for the device you’re using:

Website Instructions

1. Click “My Stuff”

Click “My Stuff” to open your dashboard where your workout plans and progress are stored.

2. Open “My Workout Plans”

Click “My Workout Plans” to view the plans you are currently following.

3. Click “My Available Workout Plans”

Open “My Available Workout Plans” to see other workout plans you can start following.

4. Click “Start Plan”

Select the plan you want to begin and click “Start Plan.”

5. Confirm by clicking “Start Plan!”

Click “Start Plan!” to add the new workout plan to your active list.

6. View Your Active Workout Plans

Your newly added plan will now appear alongside any other active plans.

App Instructions

Follow these steps to start additional plans in the mobile app.

1. Tap “Start” When Adding a New Plan

When setting up the schedule for the new plan, keep the checkbox selected for any active plans you still want to follow. Then tap “Start.”

Start the plan.

Now you can follow multiple plans at the same time and manage them directly from your schedule. For related help, see our articles on scheduling workouts and tracking progress.
