How do I see free trial members in a group?

With the Exercise.com member management tools, you can quickly check which members in a group are currently on a free trial. This guide shows you how to view free trial members from the Groups tab on your Dashboard.

1. Navigate to the Groups Section

Click “Groups” on your Dashboard to open the Groups page.

2. Open the Group Options

Click the three-dot menu next to the group you want to view.

3. Select “View Group”

Click “View Group” to open the group details.

4. Go to the Members Tab

Click the “Members” tab to see everyone who is part of the group.

5. Check Member Trial Status

Members who are still on a free trial will show a note with the number of trial days they have left.
