To generate and view reports on your Exercise.com for Business Reports platform, follow the steps below.
Click the arrow to expand the “Account” menu on your dashboard.

Select the “Reports” option to view available report types.

On the Reports page, use the search bar to find the report you need and select it from the filtered results.

Click a report from the list to open an itemized view of the data.

Filter your reports by Date Range, Location, Staff Member, Payment Method, Client, and more.

Click the “Refresh Report” button to update data with the latest entries.
Click the “Export” button to generate a CSV file in a new browser tab.

Click the export options icon to open the export menu.

Select the “Copy Function and Refresh Report” option to copy the export formula.

Use the IMPORTDATA function in Google Sheets to paste the copied formula and import your report data.

Compare the imported data with your web-based report to confirm accuracy.

Click the settings icon to customize report columns. Edit column names, reorder columns, or hide specific fields, then click Save.

Click Save to store your customized report for future access and use.

Use the “Search Report” field to quickly locate terms or data within your report.

Columns with numeric or currency data automatically calculate totals, helping verify report accuracy.
