Click the Calendar tab to view and manage scheduled events for your locations.
Use the calendar to view your schedule, available hours, and upcoming appointments. The current day appears in yellow.
You can filter appointments by trainer, location, or service.
To create an appointment, click any time slot.
The Services section allows you to manage session types like classes and appointments.

This page shows all services you have created. You can edit existing services or create new ones.
Packages allow you to sell single-session passes or subscription options for your services.
Click Packages to review or edit your available purchase options.
This page displays all your packages. A package can be either a one-time purchase or a subscription. To offer both options for a service, create one package for each type.

Set your daily hours and mark any times as “Unavailable,” such as holidays or breaks where no appointments should be booked.

The Locations section allows you to set up and manage the physical or virtual places where services take place.
Click Locations to see your full list of locations.
Edit any location to update its name, address, or details. Adding a full address ensures it shows correctly in appointment reminders.
Clients will see the Booking tab as soon as Location Management is enabled. They can sign up for any public sessions available on your schedule.
Clients are asked to enter billing information when they book their first session, but pre-payment is optional unless required by the package.
Location Management helps you organize services, packages, schedules, and locations in one place. Setting up each section ensures a smooth booking experience for both staff and clients.
