With the Exercise.com Guided Logger, your workouts are delivered in a video-focused format that walks your clients step-by-step through each part of their workout. The Guided Logger makes it easy for clients to follow instructions, swap exercises, track history, and stay engaged through the entire session. Here’s an overview of how it works.

1. Start with Workout Instructions

Your workout instructions will be the first thing clients see when they begin their workout.
