With the Exercise.com Guided Logger, your workouts are delivered in a video-focused format that walks your clients step-by-step through each part of their workout. The Guided Logger makes it easy for clients to follow instructions, swap exercises, track history, and stay engaged through the entire session. Here’s an overview of how it works.
Your workout instructions will be the first thing clients see when they begin their workout.
Any instructions for a workout block will appear before clients begin that block.
The Guided Logger uses a large, clear video format so clients know exactly what to do for each exercise.
Clients can quickly switch to alternate exercises if you provide them as options.
Clients can tap the clock icon to view what they logged previously for each exercise.
The Guided Logger supports the square (1:1) video format used in the 2.0 apps.
If your exercise is timed, clients will see a large countdown timer. When the time ends, the Guided Logger automatically moves to the next screen.
The Guided Logger includes a rest screen to encourage clients to take the full rest period you programmed into the workout.
You can set the Guided Logger as the default view in your workout calendar or workout plan settings.
You can also turn on the Guided Logger for individual workouts directly within the workout details.
This overview showed how the Guided Logger displays exercises, instructions, videos, timers, and rest breaks. Using the Guided Logger helps your clients stay focused, follow your workouts more easily, and get the most out of every session.
