How do I enable the check-in kiosk for my gym?

With the Exercise.com Check-Ins feature, you can set up a check-in kiosk for your gym so members can check in quickly and easily. This guide shows you how to enable and configure the kiosk for your location.

Follow the steps below to turn on the check-in kiosk and choose how your members will check in.

1. Access Account Settings

Click the Account menu to open your account settings.

2. Open Platform Customization

Click Customize Platform to open your platform settings.

3. Go to Scheduling Settings

Click Scheduling to view your scheduling settings.

4. Enable the Kiosk Check-In Feature

Click Enable Kiosk Check-In to turn on the kiosk check-in feature. Once enabled, clients can check in and view any sessions available for the day.

5. Select a Location

Click Location to choose the gym location where you want to use the kiosk.

6. Choose Your Location

Select the specific location where the kiosk will be used.

7. Open the Location-Specific Link

Click the Link button to view the unique kiosk URL for this location. Each location has its own kiosk link.

8. Choose the Check-In Method

Click the dropdown under “Accounts will check in using” to choose how members will check in at the kiosk.

9. Use Email Address Check-In

Select Email Address to let clients check in by typing in their email.

10. Save Settings

Click Save to apply your kiosk settings.

11. Use First and Last Name Check-In

Select First and Last Name to allow clients to check in by typing their name.

12. Use Phone Number Check-In

Select Phone Number to let clients check in using their phone number.

13. Save Your Kiosk Settings

Click Save again to confirm your final check-in method choices.
