How Do I Unassign an Assessment After It Is Completed?
Here’s how to un-assign an assessment after it is completed, starting from the “Clients” tab of your Dashboard. Step-by-step instructions are below:
1. Click on the “Clients” tab on the left side bar.
Go to the Clients tab and select the client from whom you want to unassign an assessment.

2. Select a client from the list.
Select the client yyou want to unassign an assessment from within the client’s profile.

3. Click “Assessments.”
In the client’s profile, select the “Assessments” tab.

4. Click “Assign New Assessment.”
From the Assigned Assessments section, click “Assign New Assessment.”

5. Click “Select an assessment or sequence.”
Select the specific assessment you want to assign to the client and later unassign after it has been completed.

6. Check the box for “Unassign after client completes assessment(s)?”
After selecting the assessment, check the box for “Unassign after client completes assessment(s)?” if you want it to be unassigned upon completion. Then, click “Assign.”

Now you can un-assign an assessment after it has been completed!
