Within our Workout Software, you have the ability to create and manage trainer schedules.

Schedules allow you to designate hours availability for appointments. Each trainer on your platform can create their own schedule.

1. Schedule Tab

Navigate to the “Schedule” tab.

2. Manage Availability Schedule

Select “Manage Availability Schedule” from the drop down list.

3. New Schedule

Create a new schedule.

4. Select Available or Unavailable

Select whether you want to make these hours as Available or Unavailable. IF you only want this schedule to last for a limited time, select your Start and End dates.

5. Select Days

Select the days of the week for this schedule and the frequency.

Select your Start and End times.

7. Select Staff

Select the staff member for the schedule.

8. Select Location

Select the location for the schedule.

9. Bookable Services

If this is an availability schedule, select the bookable services.

10. Advanced Settings

Under “Advanced Settings” you can enter a buffer for before or after the sessions.

11. Save Schedule

Customize the schedule color and save.
