How do group workout calendars work?

Within our Gym Management Software, you have the ability to manage group calendars.

Group workout calendars allow you to manage a group workout schedule and make changes to the group’s workouts or schedule without having to re-publish an entire workout plan.

In this tutorial, you will learn how group workout calendars work by importing and customizing workout plans for your group

1. Click “Groups”

Click “Groups” to access the group workout section where you can manage group activities.

2. Click three-dot menu.

Click the indicated area to proceed to the group calendar options.

3. Click “Edit Calendar”.

Click “Edit Calendar” to modify the group’s workout schedule.

4. Click the import icon.

5. Click “Import plan”

Click “Import plan” to bring in a pre-designed workout plan for the group.

7. Select or update schedule.

When importing a plan, you can choose the start date and scheduled workout days. Additional options are also available: You can select to have workout logging required before moving on to the next scheduled workout. If you want the plan to repeat, select the number of times from the drop-down list. You can select to have the client notified of the new workouts as well as assign the plan to the client.

8. Click “Add to Calendar”.

Click “Add to Calendar” to include the selected workout plan into the group calendar.

9. Customizing the Workout Schedule.

If you need to adjust the schedule after importing the plan, you can just drag and drop workouts to rearrange them as needed.

10. Creating Single Workouts.

If you don’t have a workout plan to import, you can create workouts one at a time or copy workouts from other days on the calendar.

11. Bulk Workout Editing Options.

You can also bulk manage workouts by selecting multiple workouts and choosing the action that you want to take (Delete, Move, or Copy to a specified date/client).

You have successfully imported and customized a group workout calendar by selecting a workout plan, choosing specific days, and enabling necessary settings.
