This guide will walk you through how to adjust an account balance.

1. Click “Clients”.

Click 'Clients'.

2. Select and click client’s name.

Select and click client's name.

3. Click “Payment Details”.

Click 'Payment Details'.

4. Go to “Account Balance” tab.

Go to 'Account Balance' tab.

5. Click “Adjust Balance” button.

Click 'Adjust Balance' button.

6. Fill-out “Adjust Balance” form.

Fill-out the “Adjust Balance form. Select Adjustment Type, enter Amount, and input Description.
