How to Charge Franchise Fee Payers for Platform Fees

With the Exercise.com Payments platform, you can easily charge franchise fee payers for platform fees directly within your business account. This article explains the steps you’ll follow.

1. Access Account Section

Click the arrow menu next to the Account tab to reveal additional tabs.

2. Select Franchise Fees Option

Click “Franchise Fees” to open the franchise fee management area.

3. Open the Payers Tab

Click “Payers” to view and manage all payers.

4. Select the Franchise Fee Payer

Click a specific payer to open the details for that franchise fee payer.

5. Assign Platform

Select the sites you want to include from the Assigned Platforms field.

6. Save the Platform Assignment

Click “Save” to confirm the platform assignment changes for the fee payer.

7. Click Fee Payouts

Click “Fee Payouts” to proceed with initiating the payout process.

8. Select the Specific Platform Account

Select the specific platform account for payout initiation.

9. Start the Payout Process

Click “Start Payout” to begin charging the franchise fee payer for platform fees.

10. Confirm the Payout Initiation

Click “Initiate Payout” to finalize and process the platform fee charge.
