How to Connect to Intercom

If it hasn’t been enabled yet, you may reach out to Exercise.com Support to request activation before proceeding.

Here’s how to connect to Intercom, starting from the “Account” tab of your fitness business management Dashboard.

The new Intercom integration feature is designed for businesses seeking to enhance customer communication.

Part 1: Connect Intercom via Platform Dashboard

1. Connected Apps

Logged in as a trainer, go to the Account section and click on the “Connected Apps” tab from the expanded menu.

2. Connect Intercom

Click on the “Connect Intercom” link.

3. Intercom ID

Enter your Intercom App ID and any other required information. Click “Save” to connect Intercom.
