1. Unlock Door
When a client unlocks a door in the app, it will check them in for their scheduled session, or for an open gym session if they don’t have an appointment booked.
2. Clients
Navigate to the “Clients” section to see check-ins.
3. Select Client
Search and select a client.
4. Client Visits
Access the client’s “Visits” tab.
5. Filter by Visit Type
For the Visit Type filter, select “Gym Check-Ins” from the list.
6. Open Gym Visit
There will be an “Open Gym Visit” after the client has unlocked a door from Verkada.
