How to Set Up a Booking Page

To set up a booking page in your gym management software platform, start from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions below.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up a booking page by customizing your account and platform settings, focusing on scheduling options to tailor your booking experience

1. Account

Click “Account” to access your account settings.

2. Customize Platform

Click “Customize Platform” to open customization options.

3. Scheduling

Click “Scheduling” to manage booking times and availability.

4. General Settings

From here, you can set your Cancellation Policy by entering the number of hours before a session must be canceled. You can also specify Free Classes by entering how many visits an account can book from your public booking page before payment is required.

5. Limit Booking

Checking the Limit Booking box enables the option to restrict booking days. Enter a number in “A client can ONLY book up to this many days from now” to prevent clients from booking sessions beyond that limit.

8. Booking Calendar View

By default, the schedule is list view. Checking the “Use Booking Calendar” box will change the schedule to the calendar view below.

9. Hide Spots Remaining

By default, the booking page will show the spots remaining for each session. Checking the “Hide Spots Remaining” box will hide the spots remaining column.

10. Booking Filters

You can customize your public booking page with filters for your clients to use when searching for available sessions. Below is an example of using location and service filters.

You can make filters required for clients before they view available sessions. Below is an example of using service as a required filter.

12. Package Filters

You can add filters to the package purchasing page, allowing clients to filter available packages when searching. Below is an example of using location and service filters.

14. Allow Check In Settings

You can enable kiosk check-in, which allows clients to check in and book sessions using only their email.

  • Require Payment: Checking this option will require clients to purchase a package before booking an appointment.
  • Allow Booking from an Available Schedule: Allows clients to book a service based on the times available.
  • Open Gym Check-in: This option will allow clients to check-in without booking a session.
  • Use First/Last Name: Require clients to check in with their first and last name instead of their email address.
  • Check-In Assessment: Select an assessment for clients to complete when checking in at the gym kiosk.
  • Kiosk Link: Kiosk link for check-ins.
