To set up a booking page in your gym management software platform, start from the “Account” tab of your Dashboard and follow the step-by-step instructions below.
In this tutorial, you will learn how to set up a booking page by customizing your account and platform settings, focusing on scheduling options to tailor your booking experience
Click “Account” to access your account settings.
Click “Customize Platform” to open customization options.
Click “Scheduling” to manage booking times and availability.
From here, you can set your Cancellation Policy by entering the number of hours before a session must be canceled. You can also specify Free Classes by entering how many visits an account can book from your public booking page before payment is required.
Checking the Limit Booking box enables the option to restrict booking days. Enter a number in “A client can ONLY book up to this many days from now” to prevent clients from booking sessions beyond that limit.

By default, the schedule is list view. Checking the “Use Booking Calendar” box will change the schedule to the calendar view below.
By default, the booking page will show the spots remaining for each session. Checking the “Hide Spots Remaining” box will hide the spots remaining column.
You can customize your public booking page with filters for your clients to use when searching for available sessions. Below is an example of using location and service filters.
