How to Set Up a Client’s PIN for Kiosk Purchases

This tutorial guides you through setting up a client’s PIN for kiosk purchases.

1. Navigate to Accounts Section

Click the Accounts section.

2. Select Client

Select and click a client in the list.

3. Edit Client’s Account Information

On the Personal Info tab, scroll down to the Account Information section and click “Edit”.

4. Initiate Kiosk PIN Change

Click Change Kiosk PIN to start updating the client’s PIN for kiosk purchases.

5. Enter Kiosk PIN

Enter 4-6 digit PIN for the client or click “Generate Random PIN” to create a secure, system-generated PIN for the client.

6. Confirm Kiosk PIN Change

Click Change Kiosk PIN to save the new PIN and apply the changes.

7. Complete PIN Setup Process

Click the “Save” button complete the client’s kiosk PIN setup.
