With the Exercise.com Member Management feature, you can easily transfer clients between locations right from the Client View. This makes it simple to manage clients across multiple business locations while keeping all their data intact.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to select clients, access the transfer settings, and choose a new location. This process saves time and ensures your client records stay accurate without needing to recreate profiles or data manually.
Click the Accounts section from your Dashboard to start the transfer process.
Select one or more clients by checking their boxes to access the transfer options.
Note: When you use Select all on pages (x) in Bulk Manage, the option to transfer clients to another location will not be available.
Click the three-dot menu in Bulk Manage, then choose Transfer to Another Location from the available options.
Click Transfer to Another Location to open the transfer settings window.

From the Choose Location dropdown, select the destination location where you’d like to move your selected clients.
Click Transfer to confirm your action. Once confirmed, the selected clients will move to the new location instantly, keeping all existing data and settings intact.
You’ve successfully transferred clients to another location using the new Client View. This helps keep your client records organized and ensures each client is assigned to the correct location — all within your Exercise.com platform.
