How to Unlock Verkada Doors

To unlock Verkada doors within your fitness business management software platform, follow the instructions below.
Unlocking doors via the app is designed for facility managers and team leaders looking to enhance security and streamline access for their users
1. Doors
Navigate to the Doors section, this page will list all the doors the user has access to based on assigned permissions and schedules.
2. Select Door
From the list, tap on the door you’d like to unlock. Please take note only doors available to your user role and schedule access schedule will be visible.
3. Allowed Access
If access is allowed based on the schedule, the door will unlock successfully and a confirmation message will appear. Door will be successfully unlocked for 10 seconds.
4. Restricted Access
If access is restricted due to the schedule or permissions, an error message will appear.
5. No Door Access
If the user has no access due to the schedule or permission settings, a message will appear stating “You do not have access to any doors at this time. Please contact staff member regarding your access permissions.”
