How do I set up a workout plan to auto-import to a calendar in a series?

LinkIn this tutorial, you will learn how to set up a workout plan that automatically imports and schedules workouts into a calendar series.

1. Click “Plans”.

Click “Plans” to access your workout plans dashboard, where you can manage and create plans.

2. Click three-dot menu.

Click the indicated area to open the plan options menu for further actions.

3. Click “Add Plan” or “Edit Plan”.

Click “Edit Plan” to modify the details and settings of your workout plan.

4. Open Plan Settings.

Click “Plan Settings” to access advanced plan configuration options.

5. Scroll down to “Automatically start another plan when finished”.
