Here’s how to set up a workout plan to auto-import to a calendar in a series, starting from the “Plans” tab of your Dashboard.
Step 1: Create or edit the plans you want to include in the series.
Step 2: Click the workout plan’s “Settings” (top right corner) for the first plan
Step 3: Find “New Workout Plan to Automatically Start” and choose the next plan to start. Make sure to save your changes.
Step 4: Click “Published” in the top right corner.
Step 5: Click “Re-publish Plan” to finalize.
Repeat as needed for multiple plans.
Step 6: On the “Clients” tab, click the calendar icon for any client.
Step 7: Select “Import Week Plan” option (top right corner).
Step 8: Select a workout plan from the drop-down. Make sure you select the first workout plan in the series.
Step 9: To the right of “Schedule sequence?” make sure the “yes” radio button is selected.
Click “Schedule” at the bottom to confirm.
Now you are able to set up a workout plan to auto-import to a calendar in a series saving you time and providing your clients with a top-notch experience with your workout plans.
