With the Exercise.com workout platform, you can save time by importing workout plans to multiple client calendars at once. This guide will show you how.
Click “Accounts” to access the client account management area where you can manage multiple clients.
Select the checkboxes for the clients whose calendars you want to import the workout plan to.
Click the three-dot menu to proceed to the workout plan import options.
Click “Import Week Plan” to start importing a weekly workout plan to the selected clients’ calendars.
Select the workout plan you want to import from the dropdown list.
Click “Next” to move forward to the scheduling options for the workout plan.
Select the scheduling options and checkboxes that apply to how you want the workout plan to be imported for each client.
Click “Import” to complete the process and add the workout plans to the selected clients’ calendars.
You have successfully imported workout plans to multiple client calendars at once. This saves time and ensures consistency across clients. You can further customize by editing individual plans or scheduling recurring imports.
