Importing workout plans to calendars
This guide will walk you through the process of importing workouts plans from a client workout calendar.
1. Click “Accounts”
Navigate to the Account tab. Accessing the Accounts section allows you to manage your clients effectively.

2. Search for or select client.
You can use the search bar or select a client to view their calendar where you can import a workoutplan.

3. Click the three-dot menu.
Click the three-dot menu to view the client’s calendar. You can also find this option on the Account page, inline to the client’s details.

4. Click “View calendar”.
Click “View calendar” to give you a full view of your client’s workouts.

5. Click the download icon.
Click the download icon to view the option for importing workout plan.

6. Click “Import plan”.
Click “Import Plan” to add a specific plan to the client’s calendar.

7. Search the workout plan to import.
Search and select the workout plan to import.

8. Click “Choose days”
After clicking “Import Plan”, you’ll be given two options: Import items as scheduled – This will add the workouts to the client’s calendar using the original dates from the plan. Choose days – This allows you to manually select which days the workouts should be placed on the client’s calendar, giving you more flexibility with the schedule.

9. Click “Add to Calendar” button.
Click the “Add to Calendar” button to successfully import the workout plan.

10. Able to import workout plan.
The workout plan has been successfully imported. Note that the same process applies when importing a plan to a group calendar—the key difference is that all clients in the group will be able to view the imported workout plan.
