How to View and Log Block Scoring Workouts

With the Exercise.com Workout Logger, you can log and score block-based workouts to track performance and measure results accurately. This guide will show you how to view and log block scoring workouts in just a few simple steps.

1. Open the Journal Tab.

From your Dashboard, click the “Journal” tab to access your workout logs and recorded sessions.

2. Click “Log This Workout.”

Select “Log This Workout” to begin entering a new workout entry in your logbook.

3. Enter Block Scores.

When logging your workout, enter your score for each block in the available text fields. Each block represents a segment of your workout (for example, rounds or sections in a circuit).

4. Add a Workout Score.

If the workout includes an overall score, enter your total workout score at the bottom of the logger to record your performance.

5. Save the Workout Entry.

Click “Log Workout” to save your block scores, notes, and performance details. Your workout will now appear in your Journal for future review.
