How to Log Client Measurements

With the Exercise.com Fitness Assessment Software, you can log and track client measurements right from your business dashboard.

Starting from the “Clients” tab on your Dashboard, follow the steps below to log client measurements.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Go to the Clients Tab

Click the “Clients” tab to open your client list. From here, select the client whose measurements you want to view or update.

2. Open the Measurements View

Click “View Measurements” on the client profile to see their measurement records and add new entries.

Click “View Measurements” on the client profile.

3. Choose Measurements to Compare

Use the dropdown menus to pick which measurements to view. Compare results with other clients or client averages, and check the box to group data by phase if needed.

Select measurements and use dropdowns to compare data.

4. Review and Log Measurements

Scroll down to see stats and graphs. Add new log entries under the chart and include notes for context if needed. Save your updates.

5. Continue Managing Client Progress

You’ve logged client measurements and can keep tracking progress from the Clients tab. To build full programs and visual progress, explore Workout Plans and Progress Photos.
