With your Exercise.com workout logging tools, you can log a workout that is not part of your current training plan by creating a custom workout. This is helpful when you want to record a different routine, a drop-in session, or any workout completed outside your scheduled plan.
Choose the instructions for the device you’re using:
Begin the logging process by clicking Log Workout, then choose the Custom Workout option.
Use the Add Exercise search box to find and add each exercise you performed. Adjust sets, reps, and weights as needed to match your workout.
When your workout is ready, click Log Workout to save it to your account.
