Can I log more than one workout in a single day?

If you completed two or more workouts in a single day, you can log them together as one workout, or you can log each of them as individual workouts. 

Once you’re done with your first workout, simply start another workout to a new one. You can log as many workouts as you want!

Your Journal page will show all workouts for each day:
