With your Exercise.com workout logging tools, you can log a workout from a different day in your current workout plan whenever you miss a scheduled session. Use the steps below to log a past workout from either the website or the mobile app.
Click the link below to jump to instructions for your device:
Click the Log Workout button to begin logging a workout.
Click the displayed date (for example, Nov 20 2025) to open the date selector.
Select the correct workout date, such as tapping on 18 to set that day.
Choose the workout you want to log from your workout list.
Click Select Workout to confirm the workout you want to log.
Once the workout is selected, you can begin logging your sets, reps, weights, and any other details.
Tap Log to begin logging the workout.
Adjust the date to the day you want to log.
Tap OK, choose the workout type if needed, and log your session.
