Managing Clients’ Door Access with Kisi
The Exercise.com – Kisi integration provides gym owners with a 24/7 gym access system.
Kisi allows you to set up locks on your doors that clients will be able to unlock using the Kisi app and/or access card giving them authenticated entry into your facility.
You can choose which packages and locations you want to enable Kisi for. Only clients with active Kisi-enabled packages / locations will be added to your Kisi account.

Once a client is added to your Kisi account, here’s how to grant them door access:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on the “Members” tab in the left sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the client that you want to enable door access for.
You can search by name or email address to find the client you’re looking for. Any account newly added to Kisi for the first time will show “Unconfirmed user” for their “Access Date”.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of the member information page, and click the membership you want to enable for them.
Step 4: Once the membership is selected, click “Share Access”.
Step 5: Make sure the “Send Invite Email” option is enabled, then click “Add”.
This triggers a welcome email that will let your client download the Kisi app and set up their Kisi account.

Once your client is signed in to the Kisi app, they’ll be able to unlock the door(s) you’ve given them access to, based on the schedule that you have set up:
