Exercise.com for Business allows you to customize how you view key metrics across your platform using multiple dashboards. With the Analytics tools in Exercise.com, you can create, organize, and switch between dashboards to track the data that matters most to your business.

This guide walks you through how to manage multiple dashboards, including adding, renaming, cloning, reordering, saving, and switching between dashboards.

1. Access Manage Dashboards

Navigate to the Dashboard tab. Click the Manage Dashboards option to open the dashboard management interface. From here, you can view and organize your dashboards.

2. Add a New Dashboard

In the pop-up modal, click the Add Dashboard button to create a new dashboard. This allows you to customize and track different sets of data.

3. Rename a Dashboard

Click the dashboard name field and edit the name directly.

4. Clone a Dashboard

Click the copy icon next to any dashboard to create an exact duplicate. The cloned dashboard will include all widgets, their settings, and layout positions.

5. Delete a Dashboard

Click the trash icon next to any dashboard to delete it. A confirmation dialog will appear before the dashboard is removed.

Note: You cannot delete the last remaining dashboard. When only one dashboard is left, the delete button is disabled with a tooltip that says “Cannot delete last dashboard.”

If the deleted dashboard was selected, the view will automatically switch to the first remaining dashboard.

6. Reorder Dashboards

Use the drag handle (grip icon) on the left of each dashboard to drag and drop dashboards into a new order. The order determines which dashboard appears first when the page loads.

7. Save Dashboard Changes

Click the Save button to confirm and apply your dashboard changes. This ensures your updates are stored and available the next time you open the page.

8. Switch Between Dashboards

If a user has only one dashboard, the title displays as plain text with no dropdown. If two or more dashboards exist, the title becomes a dropdown with a down arrow.

9. View and Select Dashboards

Click the dashboard title to open a dropdown list of all dashboards. Select a dashboard name to switch views and highlight the current selection.

The first dashboard is auto-selected when the page loads. If you switch dashboards, any unsaved widget changes will be reset.
