With the workout tools in your fitness business management software, you can easily manage your exercise routines by adding, editing, cloning, and organizing your workout plans. This guide will walk you through each step so you can customize routines for your clients with ease.
Click the Plans tab to access your workout plans and routine management options.
Click Manage Routines to view and organize your existing workout routines.
Click Add New Routine to create a new workout routine.
Click the menu button for the routine you want to update to open its options.
Click Edit Routine to update the workout routine’s exercises, schedule, or settings.
Click Clone Routine to duplicate a routine. This helps you quickly create variations without starting from scratch.
Click Delete Routine to remove a routine you no longer need.
Click Yes to confirm that you want to permanently delete the selected routine. This action cannot be undone.
